Energy Audit Recommended Measures:
Up to $500 can be rebated when a member pays for and implements measures recommended during a cooperative sponsored energy audit. The amount cannot exceed 20% of the cost of the implemented measures. Professional labor can be included in the cost. Only measures related to reduction or efficient usage of electricity or delivered fossil fuels can be included. Delivered fossil fuels include propane (LP) or fuel oil. Natural gas is not a delivered fuel, however, if you have natural gas as a heating fuel, then most likely your natural gas supplier will have an energy efficiency rebate program available. Each member account qualifies for only 1 (one) Audit Recomemended Improvement incentive every 5 (five) years, regardless of the number of audits performed and regardless of the number of mesaures implemented.
